On the Campaign Trail

Shortly after Lindsay had left we were paid a visit by local politician Royal Violet.

He was keen to have my support with his campaign to be elected to local government.

He was convincing, and he certainly had charm.

But to be honest he really had only one thing I was interested in.

The possibility of having some more purple skinned babies certainly gained my attention.

I soon lost any interest in hearing about his campaign.

So I put a stop to it by kissing him.

It didn’t take much convincing for him to agree to take our conversation to a more private setting.

Afterwards I had the unfortunate task of informing Royal that I really had no interest in his political aspirations.

He didn’t take it well.

At this point I wondered if just maybe I had made a mistake, getting on the bad side of this politician could have been a bad idea…
